As a Mini Maestros teacher…

you’ll receive ongoing training and support, so you can be confident in your abilities to provide the best possible experiences for your students.

We believe that quality music and movement education is essential for all children.

Our classes are designed to engage and nurture every child in a holistic way, providing them with essential skills for life along with solid foundations in music.

Because our classes focus on the whole child…

we encourage children to be creative, capable, resilient, and aware. This prepares them for whatever the future brings.

As a Mini Maestros teacher…

you’ll have the opportunity to share your passion for music with babies, toddlers, and young children. You’ll see the joy on their faces as they learn, explore and discover together, and you’ll be instrumental in guiding their development in these vitally important early years.

If you’re looking for a role that is both rewarding and fulfilling…

has family friendly hours, and that supports the next generation to thrive, then teaching at Mini Maestros could be perfect for you. We have opportunities to own your own franchise or be an employee teacher.

When asked what the best thing about being a Mini Maestros teacher is…

our teachers often express how much they enjoy the job. Many of our teachers have even said that it’s the best job in the world! Here’s what some of them had to say when asked what they like the most:

“Getting to know the children and their families and watch them grow in confidence and ability. It is the most rewarding and fun job.”

Chantelle Alvaro, Montmorency/Greensborough/Eltham

“I have had a variety of jobs ranging from zookeeper, puppeteer, teacher’s aide, but I can truly say being a Mini Maestros teacher is the most rewarding. Seeing the joy on the little ones’ faces when they experience music is just wonderful.”

Kate Howard, Frankston/Langwarrin

Watching parents faces light up as they see their child learn and experience the joy of music together. There’s nothing like being part of these little people’s musical experience – I love it!”

Louise Reeder, Glen Waverley

“Being able to connect with so many families.  Helping parents and children learn and grow together, building foundations that will assist in the children’s development for years to come.”

Michelle Maglitto, Altona/Williamstown/Hoppers Crossing

The smiles, laughter and pure joy of the children excitedly coming into class with something to share of their outside world. Hearing a kindergarten group in the playground singing as I leave, a song they’ve learnt in the class just had. The support and friendship, especially during Covid, of other teachers.”

Kate Sadler, Kew/Balwyn
