We accept Visa and MasterCard. All credit cards are processed via ANZ eGate – our secure online payment gateway. We also accept payment with valid Mini Maestros gift vouchers.
Australia Post. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email which will provide you with a tracking number and link to allow you to track the progress of your delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, based on the dimensions and weight of your parcel, and the shipping address. To find out how much shipping will cost, please add the desired products to your cart and complete the checkout process.

If your order is more than $150, shipping is free!

Physical items from our shop can only be purchased and shipped within Australia. Music Downloads an be purchased within and outside Australia. Gift vouchers can also be purchased outside Australia.
Your delivery information is entered soon after we receive your order, so please make sure you enter your address details carefully.

If you do need to change your shipping address, please contact us on 03 9850 5566 as soon as possible after placing the order.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
After you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email.

The download link is displayed on completion of checkout and one is also emailed to you. Use either link to access your download. The download is a “zipped” file containing the music tracks plus album information and track list. As soon as you click the link the download will commence. Unless you are familiar with downloading and opening zipped music files directly to your mobile device (eg using WinZip), you must download the files first to your computer. Once downloaded, unzip the file. (Unzip functions are built into Windows and Mac computers.) The music tracks can then be imported into iTunes or other media player and from there copied to your mobile phone or other device. We suggest you create a playlist of the tracks using the Album name.
