Online Enrolments

Online enrolment is only available for customers new to Mini Maestros. If we already have your details on file, contact us so that we can ensure your new enrolment is linked to your existing record.  Use the contact details next to the class in which you wish to enrol.

If you are an existing enrolled customer, re-enrolment for the next term is achieved by responding to the re-enrolment emails sent to each customer each term rather than using this website.


Mini Maestros Album Downloads FAQ

What Album Downloads are available?

The Mini Maestros ‘Rock and Rhyme’ Album Download is purchased as part of a full enrolment in the 6-15 (or 6-24) months age group, the Mini Maestros ‘Jiggle and Giggle’ Album Download is purchased as part of a full enrolment in the 1-2 years age group, the Mini Maestros ‘Walk and Talk’ Album Download is purchased as part of a full enrolment in the 2-3 (or 2-4) years age group, and the Mini Maestros ‘Sing and Swing’ Album Download is purchased as part of a full enrolment in the 4-5 years age group.   Each of these Album Downloads is also available to purchase from the Mini Maestros online shop on minimaestros.com.au

I’ve received the Album Download email, what do I do now?

Follow the instructions in the Album Download email.

I’ve read the instructions in the Download email but I don’t understand what to do?

As downloading music tracks and copying them to a mobile phone or other device is now common-place, we suggest you Google your query, including in your search the kind of device or devices you want to play the tracks on.

I’ve downloaded the tracks to my computer, what do I do now?

As downloading music tracks and copying them to a mobile phone or other device is now common-place, we suggest you Google your query, including in your search the kind of device or devices you want to play the tracks on.

I’ve lost my download/download email, can I get another?

The same as if you had purchased a CD and then lost it, you will need to purchase another.  Album Downloads can be purchased from the Mini Maestros online shop at minimaestros.com.au

 I haven’t received my download email

 Ask your teacher to check your child’s file to confirm:

  1. that a download was purchased;
  2. that you have made payment;
  3. that the email has been sent; and
  4. whether or not a download has been made from the email.

If the email has been sent then please contact the owner/operator of your classes (details in all enrolment emails that you have received from us) or Head Office so that we can check:

  1. that your email address on file is correct; and
  2. that you have not unsubscribed to our emails

Please also check your junk folder.  We suggest you add the domain “minimaestros.com.au” to your safe senders list.

My email address is correct and I have not unsubscribed but I have still not received the email?

Once we confirm from your child’s file that the email has been sent and therefore has gone missing somewhere in the internet between our server and your incoming mail server, we can arrange for you to be sent a voucher code so you can obtain another Album Download from our online shop at no cost.

I have purchased an Album Download earlier, and now I would like to purchase the CD. How much will that be?

If you purchase a CD in addition to the Download, the CD costs $4.

Who do I contact?

Please contact your local owner/operator (whose details are in all the enrolment emails you will have received from us) to check your file details if an Album Download email has not been received or if you would like to purchase a CD in addition to the Album Download.
